Try backing your game up to your hdd via multiman.

Download multiman from here - You must login or register to view this content.
Download and then transfer to a USB device then simply run the multiman pkg via install package files
Open up multiman with Ghosts inside of playstation of course, press triangle then you should see a option named "Copy" click that then it should give you an option named "dev_hdd0" press X on that then let multiman save the game to your playstation.
Once done hover over the game in multiman press triangle then go to "Game settings" and you should some options in the bottom left corner press X on both "BD Mirror" and "Internal" then launch the game.

Also make sure you have any disc in your playstation for multiman to mirror the game from your hdd to the disk inside of your playstation.

That should solve your problem.
