Use any tool maybe rawdog's is problem

tried about 5 tools none work or im doing something wrong LOL

why do you even what to be 60 level? you unlock weapons in this game through squad points just give your some of those.
As so getting level 60, I'm pretty sure unlock all on his tool makes you level 60 with legit stats.

ino but it aint putting me 60 its good anyway i dont play the game LOL
