Try going to the debug settings and change your boot mode to system software mode

If your system is on DEX, you could access the debug settings under the "Settings" column on your xmb screen. It's all the way at the bottom.

Sometimes loading a game via multiman or any other game manager and try play it while u set ur cfw to ofw using psnpatch or ccapi it wont work so u must be lucky that it works or just buy the cd if u really want to disable cfw
