so my option is to download ghost but i do not want to mod it, if i just download the game with no eboots or anything will i be safe from bans since i don't plan on modding it?

PS3 Fat 80 gigs CFW Habibs 4.70 CEX spoofed to 4.75 with SEN Enabler also should i download the latest version PSNPatch Stealth Version to be extra safe?
