It's not hard to do.
Use an FTP Client like Filezilla on your PC then blackb0x on your PS3. On the FTP drag the eboot across into this folder;
/dev_hdd0/game/GAME REGION/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN
"GAME REGION" is your game ID, for example "BLUS031270"

Multiman does FTP but has was more options whereas BlackB0x is just FTP. Make a backup if you wish, although it is not necessary
