Finally i thought to release a new update on my tool for 1.05, so here i have a fully working tool with all the good stuff that you would like such as :
Name Changer/ Flasher, Party Name Changer, Clan Tag Changer
Non-Host Mods, Prestige Looper, Stats Modifications, XP Per Soldier, Private Match Fix, Reset Stats, Extinction Prestige, Soldier Modifications, Soldier Loadout Modifications, Cool Patches, Backgrounds, Uniforms, Heads All Perks, Minigun, Hidden Camos on All Soldiers, Assault Killstreaks in Support and Links to Latest Debugged Eboot and self file.

NOTE TO HATERS (like GameFreak1977 & J Porn < Look at the name LMAO) : Groan as much as you want as i have heard and believe that haters, make you famous
UPDATE 1 : Fixed Big Map
, Unlock All Gives - All Soldiers, Classes, 10th Prestige on both Extinction and Multiplayer Choose a soldier get a kill to make the stats stick (NOT MORE 11th Prestige after doing someones account), 99999 Squad points UPDATE 2 : Fixed for 1.05
and add a Soldier/Class Name Changer when you click Unlock All it will change the name of the classes to the name of the played 
, Christmas Camo and Snowflake Reticle.UPDATE 3 : New Support Killstreak : Dog, Maniac, Helo. Random Name Generator, Big Map, My Classes Inject, Your Name on Classes/Soldier (in Extras), Unlock All got more stuff.
UPDATE 4 : Now supports CEX, Added All buttons (for putting stuff on all soldiers), Console ID Patcher (works only when you have ControlConsole installed), New Patches, etc.
UPDATE 5 : Hardcore UAV fixed, Unlock All now puts the player on 9th So even if they more up they will reach 10th (not 11th Prestige)

I was wondering can you make where i can change me level instand of just 1 or 60 have it where u can make yourself any lvl.. But thank you for the tool amazin job P.S. i dont know if this is a bug but after a game of hardcore i have to turn off uav and turn it back on for it to work again... Thank you

Hey my friend, great tool brother. Two questions, what causes the prestige symbol to change to the checkered box aka 11th? And what's the work around other than going back into the acct and "fixing" the prestige? I do services for other ppl, it's kinda time consuming going back after a couple of days to fix their prestige. Thanks for your time brother.
Edit: I read the OP, however I continue to have the issue. May have to continue testing different methods.

its like the xp of each soldier is set to level 60 prestige 10th when you click unlock all and when they play they earn a little xp and they reach 11th so in my update 5 i changed it to goto 9th so its not gonna go to 11th instead its gonna go to 10th. And yea i know its time consuming bro to fix somebody's account and i fixed it in my update like i said
