Here's a new update on my tool for 1.07, so here i have a fully working tool with all the good stuff that you would like such as :
Name Changer/ Flasher, Party Name Changer, Clan Tag Changer, Non-Host Mods, Prestige Looper, Stats Modifications, XP Per Soldier, Private Match Fix, Reset Stats, Extinction Prestige, Soldier Modifications, Soldier Loadout Modifications, Cool Patches, Backgrounds, Uniforms, Heads All Perks, Minigun, Hidden Camos on All Soldiers, Assault Killstreaks in Support and Links to Latest Debugged Eboot and self file.

UPDATE 1.0.0.0 - For 1.06, added Host Mods back Again
, Lobby Settings, More Camo, Custom Killstreak changer, Hardcore UAV, Give Weapon, All Perks (after patch), Update Checker.UPDATE 1.0.0.1 - Fixed some bugs from 1.0.0.0 version update.
UPDATE 1.0.0.2 - Added Change Team
,second chance, fixed flash clan tag.UPDATE 1.0.0.3 - Update checker was not working on 1.0.0.2 and has been fixed
UDPATE 1.0.0.4 - Added a bunch of new visions, quick option in lobby settings and host mods, screamer, floating bodies, change gun look, etc.
UPDATE 1.0.05 - 1.07 Compatible, there might be some issues but don't worry as i m working on a new tool

Its a nice and big tool made by
mSooCool, he do a great job for that
but i cant open is tool i dont now why
i try everthing on wjndowns 7 pro but
no luck... i dont now if i need to install
any progam on windowns 7 Pro but i think no
because the others tools for Cex open great... if any one
have the same problem and have resolved say please how
resolve the problem to open the tool please...!!

I can not open your tool on Windows 7 64bit amd 1.05 works fine men what is the problem? Please fix it

Do i need install any progam on windowns7 Pro
like Visual studio,Ms visual basic or other progam
to try open the tool?! Sinceraly everyone dont have any
problem to open the tool,some have the same problema they
cant open the tool i think its because any progam we dont have
install on Pc..... if any one noes anything to help i apreciate!!
