FAQ:

Tool Dosent Opened?
Wait a few minutes, it can take 3-4-5 minutes for the tool to get open.
Tool Stil Dosent Opened?
You will need to have .NET Framework 4.5.1 on your pc. Other wise the tool will not opened.

Mods Not Working?

To Use all the functions you must Enable RPC (There is a button for this...)
To use all the Black Ops 2 Mods Enable RPC And Disable Cheat Protection!
Single Player Mods:

If you are using the Single Player Mods SC58 Eboot Trainer will stop working but its stil fun to use ^^
Enable Single Player RPC Before using the Single Player Mods

Bugs:
Spawn turrent will freeze the PS3
Other then that there isnt bugs.

For All Mw2 CCAPI Modders:

If you are using CCAPI Only 60% From the clients options will work!

it is as if it was disabled, it does not work!

No offense bud but you might just want to remove/ or make the antiban not do anything because as of this moment it doesn't work and will just get people banned that do not realize it.

Your using a debug eboot... Use a debugged self or a regular eboot and mod with Ccapi. With DEX you get the best of both worlds and can use both CCAPI and TMAPI but with CEX you're tied down.
