Tool Dosent Opened?
Wait a few minutes, it can take 3-4-5 minutes for the tool to get open.
Tool Stil Dosent Opened?
You will need to have .NET Framework 4.5.1 on your pc. Other wise the tool will not opened.

Mods Not Working?
To Use all the functions you must Enable RPC (There is a button for this...)
To use all the Black Ops 2 Mods Enable RPC And Disable Cheat Protection!
Single Player Mods:
If you are using the Single Player Mods SC58 Eboot Trainer will stop working but its stil fun to use ^^
Enable Single Player RPC Before using the Single Player Mods
Bugs:
Spawn turrent will freeze the PS3
Other then that there isnt bugs.

You don't need two. Just use the debugged self. And no disabling syscalls is the opposite of risky.

Also doing this psn patch and ninja psn thing would this apply also for black ops 2? Like doing this process won't get banned on black ops 2?

Yeah actually it's how I originally stopped from getting banned on bo2. I found it helps with banning on ghosts too. To be more safe on ghosts though do this first then follow Top I's tutorial. But on bo2 I can mod stats and do unlock alls without a problem.

And can I RTM? Like I I use mod menus and patches and etc?
