Tool Dosent Opened?
Wait a few minutes, it can take 3-4-5 minutes for the tool to get open.
Tool Stil Dosent Opened?
You will need to have .NET Framework 4.5.1 on your pc. Other wise the tool will not opened.

Mods Not Working?
To Use all the functions you must Enable RPC (There is a button for this...)
To use all the Black Ops 2 Mods Enable RPC And Disable Cheat Protection!
Single Player Mods:
If you are using the Single Player Mods SC58 Eboot Trainer will stop working but its stil fun to use ^^
Enable Single Player RPC Before using the Single Player Mods
Bugs:
Spawn turrent will freeze the PS3
Other then that there isnt bugs.

If you are using CCAPI Only 60% From the clients options will work!
Lobby/Unlocks Mods are not working on CCAPI! if you wish to use them you will have to switch to DEX!

As i said before il say this again, i will ignore people that got problems with CCAPI.
If you wish to use this tool switch to dex.
Other wise dont report any bugs/issues that are happen with ccapi.

Hey I downloaded the latest version of the public cheater, and can't get it to open on my computer. I have the .NET framework, and have run it as an administrator. I do not have an antivirus program so that shouldn't be an issue. In previous versions of the tool I have had there were a lot of DLL Files, and I could run those fine. In this release I haven't seen a link to those, and unfortunately I deleted the old tool to download the new one. I'm not sure what's wrong but any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Yea after he updated the tool, it now takes a few minutes to open, I hope he can fix that soon

A lot of the mods for Black Ops 2 freeze. E.g. compass size, typerwriter if you put all clients, also it doesnt destory it stays on the screen. Not sure if your aware of this but just to let you know.
