A: Once in the Loading Screen (Where the Map is on the screen and Diamond loading icon) Press Send to Soldier
This will work for Camos/Reticles & Mavericks etc...
Q: Does the Ripper stick?
A: Most say it doesn't and some say it does... But it shouldn't be used for services because I'm 90% sure it will not stick once you go offline or something

Tools get encrypted so people have more trouble getting the source and stealing their work, which come up as false-positives, causing anti-virus to detect and in your case, delete.

I am on DEX i have spoofed cid and psn id just for when i mod in public matches. The download has every eboot needed with antiban. Its got folders including a debug eboot (I use this one and 31270 EBOOT) and region specific eboots in other folders. SC58 made a breakthrough for sure, I just ask that he makes a force host version.
