STEP 3 - LOAD GAME - AT THE MAIN MENU CLICK - PLAY ONLINE - NOW IN THE LOBBY YOU WILL CONNECT AND ATTACH MY TOOLS AND THEN YOU NEED TO CLICK - ANTI BAN
STEP 4 - PLAY THE GAME AS YOU FEEL FIT. ENABLE RPC / HUDS AND HAVE FUN

as long as anti ban is on you can edit stats, use unlock all, i do it and i am nit banned
