STEP 4 - PLAY THE GAME AS YOU FEEL FIT. ENABLE RPC / HUDS AND HAVE FUN

you cant. at the moment anyway... no one has been able to contact them in about a month. some people including myself have spoken to rawdog and some say his on holiday and others say his has family issues. so we are just gonna have to wait it out and see\
Edit: Try contacting Rawdog on PortalCentral.com // he has been signing in to that every few days. Also there is no point using this tool just yet if you do get it as the anti-ban no longer works
