This is an RTM Tool for Ghosts 1.16. It includes all the main features that you need. This Tool is installed by an Installer exe so it looks nicer and so you dont have to have the folder on your desktop with all the dlls.

Well I let someone use my cid on ghosts and they got it banned so I can't get on ghosts
