Explanation verification:
This tool is free but I want to have a little bit of control over it.
That is why you'll have to add me on Skype(xenzxenonlegend).
I will judge if I find that you deserve the tool, if you are then I'll sent you the DL link + a license code so you can use the tool.
The reason for this is that I don't want everyone to leech this and repost on other sites & download without appreciating the time I put into this, only complain if something doesn't work.
By this way I know who is using the tool so that I have some kind of control over it aswell that the tool is limited and exclusive.
Confirmed working with debug eboot!

Ive pm'ed & skyped him with no reply, i understand if he is busy, but will i or anyone ever get this before 1.17 update??

It may be the case that everyone has spammed him with friend requests lol and he's taking his time to get back to each one of u. I mean he is giving it away for free lol
