As Welsh says about his ghosts tool, "Anyways I Will Release Source If you Want To Improve It Yourself As I Doubt I Will Ever Work On This Again." So I thought of fixing his ghost tool and updating dlls for it to work and here ya go McCoy

If it doesn't open then maybe installing devexpress will work but hasn't been a problem to me

all you have to do it replace the 2.60 dlls with the 2.70 dlls

any tool can work with ccapi 2.7! all you do is have 2.70 on ps3 and 2.60 on pc! thats how i run it and im also on 4.80 cfw
