NO i think your talking about the RTE/RTM tools... im not on DEX so i can't help you with that. I would suggest to... Read, Read some more then Read some more...

you look on the side of your game u will either see BLUS or BLES followed by some digits. I know for a fact that you civic are BLUS because u are in North America just like me.
