Hello guys
Today I show you how to do rtm with your cex cfw Winky Winky

1 Step) Download the ControlConsoleAPI By Enstone
You must login or register to view this content.

2 Step) Once downloaded,install the pkg file on ps3 . The Pkg is XX0001-ENSTONEXX_00-00000000000CCAPI.pkg

3 Step) Go to System Information and remember your ip.

4 Step) Go to your pc and open ControlConsoleAPI 2.00 . Put your ip and press connect.

5 Step) Start Ghost, when you are in the multiplayer, return to pc and on Processes & Kernels Select /dev_hdd0/game/you're bles or blus/EBOOT.bin

6 Step) Now you can search your offset and put in input you're changed value

7 Step) Now You Can Use Tool Dont Need ControlConsole

its not really an easy brick changing to DEX, if people can follow this to RTE on CEX then they can follow the tutorial on switching to DEX.
Why wait guys when you can be on DEX in an hour and use all those tools u see on here.
