EBOOTs are very rarely locked to region.

I've connected my PS3 to my laptop 2 do RTM but when I go on the programme ( cod real time editor ) and click connect it connects fine, but when I click attach it says couldn't attach process!.. I know you need debug Eboot, but my call of duty is BLUS31270 ... + I don't even how to put on the Eboot thing.. Please help thanks -- my Skype name is Karl-124

karl you need to FTP into \hdd0\game\BLUS31270 (Ghosts 1.05 update folder) and replace EBOOT.BIN.

Then you will be able to use Target Manager when game is booted.

I have the eboot and i still cant rtm.....

You got a dex ps3 or a cex? And look on the game what blus/bles number you got you must have a debug eboot of your own bles/blus number!
