Theory
As soon as you sign in and your in a party the Debugger gets all of your online offsets. Then when you sign out and you change those offsets the game never detects any modifications because you weren't connected to the server. Thus the game loads all the modded offsets and you get around the ban. Don't know if thats exactly how it works but it works for me haha

I put the default_mp.self in the USRDIR of the ghosts patch right?

I don't know if this helps. But got banned after about two hours while running the game from the disc. What I did was log in ccapi and change console id. boot game from disc. then once online loaded rtm tool and attached and modded with non host stuff and unlocked all and gave myself alot of squad points. Played for a while. when i got done just left myself at online screen and it said I was banned. I dont think the default-mp has anything to do with the ban but more about logging off while using your rtm tool, then closing it and logging back in.
