So just to see today I connected my ps3 to my cell phone wifi hotspot and the 5th account I was able to play on. I figured I would be able to because I was guessing it's a different ip address. But when I was done I hooked my original internet ethernet cable and I was able to sign on there as well and play on my 5th account. I did try my 1st account and it was still banned which I knew it would be. So I guess they reversed the console ban..... ?
