He changed the last two digits of his CID to B9, doesn't matter what you change it to.

So he loads up ghost with a non banned CID on ghost and on multi player he changes it to hold old CID on console manager but change the last 2 numbers or characters and then sign in on ghost?

Mmmmm Thats How he stated so try it it may work for u .

Sign in online on the XMB, load up the game, go to Multiplayer (in a party), set a random ID with console control, connect your RTM tools, play.

Don't use a debug eboot or .self, use ccapi to connect tools.

So sign in through XMB and go on ghost mp with a non banned CID and ten hange the CID with a made up CID or a banned CID? Then open the tool and choose mods and ten close tool?

I haven't tested it myself yet but assuming that's the way it goes as said by the OP. I don't think you'd need to close the tool as you're already signed in and putting mods on, doubtful changing some more mods will change things.
