1st - Search Cydia and search for "Flex 2"

2nd- Download and install

3rd- Download Call Of Duty app from the AppStore

4th- Open Flex 2 and touch the cloud logo and scroll down until you find the "Call Of Duty Ghosts" app and open it.

5th- Click and download the tweak that is labeled "Any Clan Tag, Unlocked Clan Backgrounds"

6th- Finally Go back to the first icon (patches) on Flex 2 and click on the check mark, VOILA the tweak has been applied. Go back on the Call of Duty App and go to manage clan, then head to edit backgrounds and now you should have all the backgrounds unlocked and can be applied.
