Usually you just have to open up some ports on your router. Search on YouTube, ton of informational videos that will show you how to fix your issue.

The easiest way is to put the static ip you did on your ps3/xbox into the DMZ on your router ! All ports will be opened and you don't have to worry about opening all the different ports.

If you have any problems ask your friend google how to put DMZ for your specific router
