Question about COD Ghosts on PS4 about 'glitched' account

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a 9th prestige level 60 with all the perks on my account on the PS3. If I play ghosts on my PS4 with the account (i do have cod account so they are linked), will I still have all my perks?

I don't want to pay $10 to play cod on ps4 without all the perks when I can do it on ps3 Smile
