no such thing man theres no uav vsat or any kind of mod to do with changing the game that you can put on someones account say if you was in my game i could give you vsat but it would only be for that game while your in a game with me

No, you must have a modded ps3 in order to get something like that. You can't put that on peoples class, that's impossible.

It's a scam, you need a custom firmware ps3 to do that. Either with a modded eboot.bin or real time memory editing. No such infections, or account mods exist of that nature. Report that person, as he is trying to scam you, warn others.
