It can be modded to your account (what most people do to get it) but then it will be ONLY on that account and if you take it off, you can't equip it back without modding. If you want the "Spectrum camo file" on your PS3, you have to get the code to download it legitimately from PSN Store. You can look from Ebay etc...

The only LEGIT way to get the camo is by being a worker at GameStop or BestBuy
