(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Android version 5 is on the way details, could be released at Google IO middle of may.
With jelly bean being released into the candy shop of the public domain, we could see google giving us a pie.

Nexus 5 is going to be running the new OS.
Motorola X Phone is likely to be running the new system.
Google has been reported to be working on Linux 3.8 kernel which means more a boost in performance if makes it way to android 5. Babble is said to be coming to android above 2.3 and higher, a service meant to be unifying google chat services into one client.
A new look could happen due to google releasing google now with a different look, the store is different to the overall design also. Could see google unifying the overall design so it looks the same.

Question is what do you want from the new android ?
Power profiles to make the phone last a bit longer before a charge. Can't think of anything else.
