(which isn't in the market for galaxy s3). does someone have experience with making apps? if so, can someone make me a working line rider app, or tell me where i can get it. thanks in advance.

It needs Flash Player. Practically without Flash Player, it doesn't load up. Its like saying Java. You need Java for Youtube, if you don't have it, you can't watch Youtube Videos

I don't know if line rider needs flash but you can still download flash for android 4.0+ on Adobe's Website
