SO TO ANSWER THE QUESTION: DO I NEED TO START AGAIN FRESH, YES YOU DO
1) COPY THE SimCity BuildIt v1.2.1.APK TO YOUR DOWNLOAD FOLDER (THEN INSTALL)
2) COPY THE CONTENT OF THE OBB FOLDER TO: SDCard/Android/obb/ (DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING)
3) COPY THE CONTENT OF THE DATA FOLDER TO: SDCard/Android/data/ (DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING)
3) SWITCH YOUR TABLET OR PHONE TO AEROPLANE MODE & START THE GAME
4) THE GAME NEEDS APPROX 5 MINS PLAY TIME TO CATCH UP SO DONT PANIC IF YOUR NOT
ABLE TO BUILD STRAIGHT AWAY.
