Question #1: Does it require Root to do the Private Server?

Question #2: Can your progress in the Private Server Save?

First question yes you need to have your phone root it second question you progress on your own because you can't Attack order players like online stuff like that. 3 you need to have a ip from someone who have the private server running them just get the ip and download host editor from play store put the ip code in it and good to go I hope dis help
