A common issue that causes the parsing error is caused by a bad download. You can try the following to correctly download the installation file again.

Download the file using the Silk browser (the official web browser of the device)
Download using Wi-Fi (sometimes cellular data caps your download limit if you are downloading big files)
Download the file onto your computer and transfer it to your Kindle Fire via USB (you will need to download ES File Explorer to install it)
Try download the file again
Download the file on a computer and email it to yourself and download the attachment from your email through your Kindle Fire

Parse Error – Check Compatibility

The other common issue that causes the parsing error is that your Kindle Fire OS is outdated and cannot support the app.

1. Go to You must login or register to view this content. and search for the app you are trying to install.

2. Scroll down to the Additional Information section and see which Android version is required to run the application.

required-android-version

3. Check the table below to identify your device’s OS Android version and see if it is compatible with the app (you may need to update your OS if possible)

Did Python's solution work for you? Just checking back to make sure everything worked.
