When it comes to clash of clans the only real mods are bot type, so they auto build buildings and attack things for you. Thats about it for any mods for server based games as of now. And for the most part they aren't .apk rather mods installed with a rooted device.

There aren't any mods that give like gold and what not but they do have mods for like visual effect only on your end like simulate attacks on others I'd suggest downloading xmodgames that's if your rooted
