You meaning cancel the contract? No, they won't cancel it they won't even know. The warranty? Yes that will be void, can you prevent that? Yes, you can just flash a default ROM and you should be ok to send it away for repairs and what not.

Aha, I Rooted my LG G2 a while back, It further broke and needed repairs.... Got it repaired while rooted they don't tend to care tbh
