now trying to change my dns restore ps3 files and taking firewall of my router

Sorted now alot said it was problems with virgin dns, i changed my ps3 to google dns and it worked fine, and it worked for my brother aswell who also got the error

Im in Germany and it Says at 00:00 i can Play but its 00:15 and it doesn't Work
