I do not know how to access it or find the garage all i see on the map is Grove Street Garage etc. Do i need to be a Specific character or what? Help would be much appreciated Thanks!

Next time you're in your garage up top left it should say press > for different vehicles:y:

just look around on the map for a garage franklins garage is Grove street garage etc. it sorta looks like a triangular shape on the map.
