This is a Tutorial how to change the Numberplate in GTA V! EASY!
Basically this is a downloadable app on the appstore called 'iFruit' where you can customise your cars, get discounts and also get your own personalised licesnse plate and then it will add it to GTA on your xbox or ps3!
