(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); After completing the Grand Theft Auto V story for the second time to gain a lot more money as I now had an experience/understanding of what to do, I finally had accumulated 500,000,000 million across all three characters.. "Time to buy the Golf Club." But is it really worth it?

So guys, the Golf Club costs 150,000,000 million but it only gives out a weekly income of around 250,000 -- this is averaging the same as the 20,000,000 million property, the 'Ten Cent Theater.' The weekly income is around a couple hundred more for the Golf Club yet the price is SO high..

Although with the Golf Club you do get nice 'perks' such as the ability to play free games of golf; which to be honest, I'm not too fussed about.. Now, can someone tell me why it's so high, if I should purchase it, and maybe how to increase it. I'll prob end up purchasing it because I'll still have a couple hundred million left over..

I read somewhere, its the land size because the Golf Course takes up so much land in an expensive city, obviously the more land you own the bigger the cost and the Golf Course takes up a fair bit of land so it costs a heck of a lot more to buy.

Oh, well then it's not really a wise investment for me.. Can't really imagine me needing such a large bit of land unless it comes in useful e.g. A hanger/dock

Well if you played it smart, buying it isn't an issue. I bought it and still have $700m left on Michael (lester assassination missions)

Yeah same here, I'd still have like 400-500 million left. Was just curious towards the prices.. You had 850 million at the end? Holy shit. I did invest my money at the end with the assassinations missions then for the second one reinvest it in Redwood but never amounted that much..

I gave in to temptation.. Bought it along with all the cinemas/theaters. Spent 210 million overall and got 800,000 in like 30 mins from weekly income surprisingly..
So, to get all my money back it'll take 263 weeks. Great..

I bought it a while back. I bought it as Franklin and when I received a call from the manager all I got out of it is I can wear what I want on the course but I still have to pay for the games because it is a business.. I'm not sure if I do but that is stupid to say to the owner.
