All you have to do is

restart the game and got straight to online and once u get to the launching session screen... then you pretty much waited out (at least 15min)... It will seem that the game is frozen, but if the ingame time is counting and you have the correct amount of money u suppose to get at the start...... then that means its just that the server is slow and u have to waited out.... It will eventually launch the session just leave it like that for a while!!!:d
