There's a mission called 'Rich men in Richman'. All you have to do for that mission is steal 2 cars (its 2-4 players), lose the cops and drive them to a garage.
You get $5,000 plus 1,500 rep. Just keep replaying it over and over.
Me and my friend last night made around $300k doing it.
