It is sort of like The Parking Garage in that you have to blow up evidence with either grenades/sticky bombs/grenade launcher. It takes about 30 seconds from spawning to complete. You make $25k and 4,500+ RP.

1.Spawn
2. Run to side of garage and hop up on ledge
3. Use explosives to destroy the documents
4.Proceed to kill 5 guys after that
6. Repeat

I can do Parking Garage, i am level 63. I will do that mission until i reach 75, it's just as good on RP.
I will help those who donate first, this takes a lot of my time when i could be giving my long term friends and clan members help.
Plus, it might get patched soon so.

Looks like I'll be hitting 120 quicker than I thought. Just hit 112 and it is taking forever to rank up now.
