Yeah. Thing is though, he still has his cars and money. So whats the point? Though hes locked in the cheaters pool for 1 month.

Chances are Rock-Star cannot determine what was bought with real currency vs in game money. They would most likely have to contact Sony or, Microsoft. So it becomes this big hassle... Either that, or he used the glitch again, while in the cheater pool.
