Okay so this Police SUV is customizable and it is able to be your personal vehicle and also able to be store in the garage
it is able to be obtain with a 4 star wanted level around Sandy shore airfield and to get it:
Go to the entrance of the jail get in to the jail till you get the 4 star wanted level reverse back to the entrance and get away one you see the SUV kill the driver and the people at the side and get into the SUV *If you die just make sure to kill the driver or get a friend to be with you so he can get into the SUV and call lester to remove the wanted level*
OR get a friend to be in a cargobob and when you have the 4 star wanted level get you friend to lift the SUV off and bring it to los santos customs nearest to the jail
