Answer: We have received some reports about cash and RP not saving in GTA Online since around 5PM ET on 10/18/13, and are investigating this now. Updated 10/18/13 9:30 PM ET: Stat processing is currently delayed. These should catch up later tonight or--at latest--early tomorrow morning.

So i'm guessing this is why the servers are a bit fucked today, as well as rank not sticking/saving. There's always a fucking problem with rockstar, always!
