(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Tittle says it all am i the only one facing this or is it almost everyone at least once or twice started yesterday

That depends. If you are using Mods and are being frozen, then it's the Mods. However if you don't Mod or Hack, and you froze in-Game, then the chances are high that someone was either driving around in a Hearse or there was someone Towing a car in their Tow Truck.
