I obviously didn't find this glitch, but I think it's an awesome glitch/walkthrough since you can't get this vehicle through any normal means(which I find really stupid). Only catch is you have to have someone level 22-30 to spawn it up for you unfortunately.

I can confirm it's possible to get a Cargobob into your garage. I've done it. But the biggest problem is how to get a cargobob at all. Military base is pretty hard.

You should be aware of fact that your garage will become a deadly place after your Cargobob is in there. Mine is jumping around and sometimes it destroys any other vehicle and kills me

I got my cargobob by following foreign players (lvl 22-29) to airports and then i stole it from them after it spawned. best and easiest way might be a friend who has the right level.
