I've been trying this technique for a couple days now and I just can't get it to work. I tried using NetTools and UDP Unicorn and both just don't seem to lag my connection enough for me to do it. I'll try again later with something else.

2 important facts; you need to be in a session with other player. it won't lag if you are the only person in a session. also; when online with online character, open internetbrowser on your phone, than press start to go to PSN store.

Thank You! It seems my problem was that I wasn't in a lobby with other players. I just went straight to a solo session and tried to do it there. I got my Cargobob now, can't wait to use it for some shenanigans.
