this is fake.

GTA Online doesn't ban your CID on CFW, and you'll NEVER get console banned on OFW for modding any game either. The only thing that happens is you get put in the cheaters pool.

Sadly it's real, I've got a few friends in the same situation.

What about PSN temp ban or perma ban?

If you're a repeat offender/cheater Rockstar could possibly forward in a list with others like you, proving with info/logs that you're exploiting their game.. And yeahh forward/report you to Sony.

Like they already have with a number of exploiters on Xbox 360. And thus got them till year 9999 banned.
