Now there is a tut on how to Apprently do this so here it is

*Note Must have house/apartment.
1.Go to house/apartment
2.Get Really Really High off the 420kooshBong
3.Go to Couch and take out your phone.
4.got to where you dial number's and input this number
5.18002473
6.Call and enjoy!
