I think that the money mods give you highest risk of band cause R is losing money(by players no buying money packs), i dont think they care that much about rank but then again any mods put you at risk of bans...

My main account is safe because I use a seperate PS3 for my dummy accounts, my dummy accounts PS3 has a 2 week ban from GTA.

Rockstar are getting greedy like EA, I made a post in the rockstar forums saying the shark cards are to expencive because you don't get much GTA money for your real money it would cost me £1.99 real money just to refill my ammo.

Well that does make since... If you don't like it maybe you shouldn't mod. Its a constant game between modders and developers to see who can out run each other. R* doing this makes people, like you, get out of the GTA V modding scene. If you can't handle to punishments, don't do it. Simple as that.

i hope not, GTA is a great game but if they get too greedy it will only get worse...
